"Bought a home in 2025. I had a very negative experience working with Kristy as my realtor. Communication was a constant struggle — she often took far too long to respond to requests, which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult process. Her handling of negotiations was unprofessional and lacked transparency. But the most troubling issue was her complete denial of a serious problem with the property: the overwhelming smell of cat urine throughout the house. Despite my repeated concerns, Kristy insisted there was no issue. After purchasing the home and removing the carpet, it became clear that the cat urine had soaked into the subfloor and even the trim. This was not a minor oversight — it was a major problem that should have been disclosed and addressed.
